MAMMOTH TEAM EVENT 2000

From 24 teams of 4 players representing the Frank Sandell Coaching Schools there was a triumphant start to the season for the enthusiastic side from East Grinstead's Dunnings Mill Club who beat Worthing's New Central E team 5 frames to 4 in a nail biting final.

The deciding frame featured 13 year old Pritesh Patel for E. Grinstead who beat the tiny 9 year old Chi Keung Tsang to take the championship.

The plate event was won by  Worthing's New Central H Team, who beat the New Central B Team 3 frames to 1. A feature of this performance was the success of 15 year old Amy Shipley who really showed the other 95 all male participants what a girl with real determination can do.
